GO-TO SPICY MANGO SLAW

GF, DF
Simple but packed with flavor, top with chicken for a meal, serve alongside grilled salmon or stuff in some tacos

Serves 4-6 side portions


For the Dressing:

2tbsp lime juice

3tbsp olive oil

1 serrano, minced

2tbsp honey

For the Slaw:

1/2c red cabbage, thinly shredded

1 ripe mango, peeled & julienned

small handful cilantro, chopped

3 green onions, sliced on the bias

2tbsp sesame seeds

In a large bowl, whisk together the dressing and season with salt n pep. Add in the rest of the ingredients and toss well to combine and check for seasoning. Keep refrigerated until use; best served same-day or the next.
