TEXTURE FOR BI-FOLD DOORS
Adding a little umph to the mundane hallway closet doors
I hated our hallway doors ever since moving in. They are the cheap wooden bi-fold ones that lend nothing to the decor.
It's easy to spruce them up with a few yards of trim and some paint.
Simply figure out how many boxes you want on your door and their size. Pick out some trim pieces (not gaudy) and cut evenly according to your plan. I recommend sketchy something out with your measurements so you get an idea how it will look.
I used a simple wood glue to seal the boxes together then onto the door iteself. Let them dry overnight, then two coats of paint later, they were good to go! I opted for a fun knob too, in the shape of my husband's spirit animal, a buck.
