SIMPLE GRAPEFRUIT-ENGLISH CUCUMBER SALAD
Drizzled with honey & sprinkled with basil leave & sesame seeds, super light & crisp
½ english cucumber
1 small bunch basil leaves
Honey, for drizzling
1tsp white sesame seeds
Cut the ends off of each grapefruit, then cut the skin off. Turn on their sides and cut into ½” circles (deseed as you go). Lay out on a medium-sized platter. Very thinly slice the cucumber, by hand or with a mandoline. Gently layer in with the grapefuit. Drizzle with a decent amount of honey, dot with whole basil leaves and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Best served same-day.
