Fun for her and healthy for me!

I am lucky enough to have the time to work out with my little one every day. During tummy time or just playing on the mat, I’ll bring out my dumbbells and ab roller right next to her and do my thing. I will count out loud for her (she likes to watch and try to figure out what I’m doing) and shake a rattle for her during rests in between sets.


Otherwise, when the day is really busy, I still make time to do a few Fitness with Baby workouts to get the blood flowing. My princess is a future adrenaline junky--she loves going up and down with squats and lunges. Together we always complete a few sets of plie squats, modified lunges and sit-ups.
