CRAN-ORANGE MALLOW CRISPY TREATS
A childhood favorite with a fresh zesty twist
Makes 9x13" pan
5tbsp coconut oil
10oz mini marshmallows
zest of 2 oranges
1c dried cranberries
5c crispy rice cereal
Line a 9x13" casserole dish with parchment paper and grease. Melt coconut oil in a large soup pot over medium heat then stir in the marshmallows until melted. Take pot off of the heat and fold in the rest of the ingredients until completely incorporated. Scoop into prepared dish and used a wet hand to press very firmly down. Let cool completely on the counter, roughly 2hr, then cut into squares.
Freeze in sealed Tupperware for up to 4 weeks. Defrost at room temp for 20min.
