CHAI-SUGARED ALMONDS

Sugar n spice make almonds so nice

Makes 1-½ cups

 

1-1/2c raw almonds

1tbsp melted coconut oil

1/8tsp ground cardamom

1/8tsp ground allspice

1/8tsp ground nutmeg

1/8tsp ground clove

1/4tsp ground cinnamon

1/4tsp ground ginger

1/4c sugar

 

Toast almonds in a small skillet over medium heat until browned. Transfer to a bowl and toss well with the coconut oil. Combine the sugar and spices and add into almonds, tossing very well to coat. Let cool before storing in jars or containers. Store room temperature for up to a week.

Don’t do it.
